Sorusuna cevap olarak Pedegojiye uygun de\u011fildir yan\u0131t\u0131na ili\u015fkin ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 yazar Faik Bulut, Independent Turkish\u2019teki k\u00f6\u015fesinde bu konuya ili\u015fkin e\u011fitsel, bilimsel, tarihsel ve akademik alanda K\u00fcrt diliyle yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tarihsel geli\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle yazd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 yazar Faik Bulut, Memleket Partsisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Muharem \u0130nce\u2019nin bir e\u011fitmen olarak pedegoji biliminin i\u00e7eri\u011finden uzak yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 bu kez pedegoji bilmi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitiminin gereklili\u011fini Independent Turkish\u2019teki makalesinde \u015f\u00f6yle dile getiriyor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cMemleket Partisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Muharrem \u0130nce, 2 Haziran tarihli bir TV s\u00f6yle\u015fisinde, &#8220;K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim olmal\u0131 m\u0131?&#8221; sorusuna uzun bir yan\u0131t verdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u015e\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Anadilde e\u011fitim talebi siyaset\u00e7ilerin konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f de\u011fil, herkes haddini bilsin. Anadilde e\u011fitim konusu \u00f6nce e\u011fitimcilerin konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015f\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00d6nce onu do\u011fru tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z, pedagojik tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Bu anadilde e\u011fitim konusu gazetecilerin, siyaset\u00e7ilerin oy dev\u015firmek i\u00e7in konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 bir konu de\u011fil. K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocu\u011fu benim de \u00e7ocu\u011fum, hepimizin \u00e7ocu\u011fu, onlar bu memleketin evlad\u0131. Uzman olmayan ki\u015fiye, \u00fc\u00e7 siyaset\u00e7iye, iki gazeteciye bu \u00fclkenin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 heba ettiremeyiz&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bir politikac\u0131 yapaca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fte \u00f6nce bilime uygun mu diye bakar, sonra hukuka uygun mu diye bakar, sonra vicdana uygun mu diye bakar, sonra d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne uygun mu diye bakar. Pedagojiye uygunsa, bilin ki \u00fcniter devlete de uygundur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ama pedagojiye uygun de\u011fil bu. Neden de\u011fil? \u015e\u00f6yle ki, fizi\u011fi, matemati\u011fi K\u00fcrt\u00e7e anlatal\u0131m demek, \u00e7ocu\u011fa \u015fu demektir: &#8216;Ey K\u00fcrt k\u0131z\u0131, delikanl\u0131s\u0131, sen doktor ol ama \u0130zmir&#8217;de g\u00f6rev yapama, sen Hakk\u00e2ri&#8217;de kal!&#8217; demektir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu s\u00f6zler, geleneksel ve sosyal medyada ciddi tepkilere yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Eski milletvekili Mahmut Al\u0131nak, &#8220;Hepiniz ayn\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z, su\u00e7 bizdeki size selam veriyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jacob rumuzlu biri, &#8220;Tek kelime K\u00fcrt\u00e7e bilmeyen fizik \u00f6\u011fretmeni M. \u0130nce, ka\u00e7 kaynak ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131n?&#8221; sorusuyla yetinmedi; K\u00fcrt\u00e7e verilen fizik ve geometri derslerinden \u015fematik bir \u00f6rnek sundu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Kad\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenin 16&#8217;nc\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131lda geometri dersi verirken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u0131demli gazeteci Koray D\u00fczg\u00f6ren, &#8220;Irk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k genlerine i\u015flemi\u015f!&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131. H\u00dcDAPAR eski y\u00f6neticisi M. Emin Vural&#8217;\u0131n yan\u0131t\u0131 olduk\u00e7a ilgin\u00e7ti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu efendiye g\u00f6re pedagoji bilimi bile tertip\u00e7i, ink\u00e2rc\u0131d\u0131r. Kendisi gibi! 1<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Muhafazak\u00e2r kesimden Serhatl\u0131 hem\u015ferimiz Vahdettin \u0130nce ise, hayvan biliminde ayn\u0131 familyadan say\u0131lan kedi ile k\u00fckreyen kral aslan aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en (y\u00f6neten-y\u00f6netilen) meselini, ince ayar bir mesaj olarak iletti M. \u0130nce&#8217;ye: &#8220;Weeee! Me \u00e7i ki\u015fand!&#8221; (Y\u00f6neten Efendi&#8217;den &#8220;Ne \u00e7ektik be!&#8221; manas\u0131nda K\u00fcrt\u00e7e bir \u00f6zdeyi\u015f.) 2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130zleyen g\u00fcnlerde tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n boyutu daha e\u011fitsel, bilimsel, tarihsel ve akademik bir alanda devam etti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kimileri \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">* Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi K\u00fcrt Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Abdurrahman Adak, &#8220;Uygun olmayan, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e anadilde e\u011fitimin olmamas\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; tespitini yapt\u0131ktan sonra iki noktaya dikkat \u00e7ekti:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bir: Anadili K\u00fcrt\u00e7e olan \u00e7ocuk, okula ba\u015flarken anadilinde e\u011fitim alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir dizi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geliyor ve arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan geri kal\u0131yor. \u0130ki: T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi tam olarak \u00f6\u011frendikten sonra iki dil bilmenin avantaj\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenim becerisi art\u0131yor. 3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Anadilinde e\u011fitim alan \u00e7ocuklar, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e S\u00f6zl\u00fck kitab\u0131yla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">* Mu\u015f Alparslan \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlisi Prof. Dr. Abdullah K\u0131ran ise, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin anadil olarak e\u011fitimde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha eski oldu\u011funa dair \u015fu tespiti yapt\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;daki medreselerde e\u011fitim K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ve Arap\u00e7ayd\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, binlerce y\u0131l devam etti. Sel\u00e7uklular d\u00f6neminde kurulan Nizamiye medreselerinin ilk ve en \u00f6nemli hocalar\u0131, neredeyse s\u00fcrekli K\u00fcrtler olmu\u015ftur. 4<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">* &#8220;K\u00fcrt\u00e7e anadilinde e\u011fitim pedagojik de\u011fildir&#8221; diyenlere\u2026 ibaresiyle, M. \u0130nce&#8217;ye at\u0131fta bulunan Psikiyatr Hal\u00fbk Sunat, iki dilde konu\u015fan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n anadillerinde e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeleri hakk\u0131nda eser yazm\u0131\u015f olan bir\u00e7ok yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na dayanarak \u015fu noktalar\u0131 vurgulad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dile \u0130li\u015fkin \u0130nsan Hakk\u0131&#8217; ile de uyumlu olarak, an\u0131lan durumlarda, en \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc, s\u00f6z konusu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, devlet okullar\u0131nda (paras\u0131z), kendi anadillerinde ilkokul e\u011fitimi (en az 6, tercihen 8 y\u0131l olmak \u00fczere) almalar\u0131d\u0131r\u2026 Okulun ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 y\u0131llar\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar anadilleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan k\u0131r\u0131lgand\u0131r; (farkl\u0131 bir dilde e\u011fitim sonucu) anadillerini kolayl\u0131kla yitirebilirler\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Anadilinin y\u00fcreklendirilmesi yaln\u0131zca \u00e7ocu\u011fun dilini de\u011fil, topluluk i\u00e7indeki kimli\u011fini\/ki\u015fili\u011fini de geli\u015ftirir (\u00e7ocu\u011fun dilinin reddi, kendisinin de reddidir).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kendi anadilinde e\u011fitime tan\u0131nan \u00f6nem ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n daha sonra resmi dilde (ya da bir ba\u015fka dilde) alacaklar\u0131 akademik e\u011fitimdeki geli\u015fmelerini ketlemez, destekler. Anadilinde temel e\u011fitim ve \u00e7ok dillilik, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n bili\u015fsel yetilerini ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 kimliklerini geli\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Anadilinde temel e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131nmas\u0131yla edinilecek kazan\u00e7lar, yaln\u0131zca o anadilin sahipleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, toplumun geneli a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da (manevi duru\u015f, toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f ve iktisadi bak\u0131mlardan) bir kazan\u00e7t\u0131r&#8230; 5<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">* Hakkarili bir K\u00fcrt olan akademisyen Felsefeci Dr. Adem Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, Gazete Duvar&#8217;da bilim, pedagoji ve siyaset i\u00e7eren bir makale yazarak \u015fu tespiti yapt\u0131:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2026Ancak ba\u015ftan s\u00f6ylemem gerekir ki bu, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin pedagojik ilkelere ne kadar uygun oldu\u011funun ispat\u0131yla ilgili bir yaz\u0131 de\u011fildir\u2026 \u0130nce&#8217;nin dedi\u011finin tersine bu, siyaset kurumunun i\u015fidir. Zira pedagoglar\u0131n konu\u015facaklar\u0131 fazla bir \u015fey de yok\u2026 Evrensel ilkelere dayanan bir pedagoji anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 da var m\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de, o da tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 tabi. 6<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">* E\u011fitim, dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ahlak, pedagoji ve felsefe ile iktidar ili\u015fkileri hakk\u0131nda eserler yazm\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc eski ve yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin adlar\u0131n\u0131 vererek konuya ne kadar vak\u0131f oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Adem Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m&#8217;\u0131n akademik ge\u00e7mi\u015finden biliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00dc\u00e7 \u00f6rnekle yetineyim: \u0130yi derecede \u0130ngilizce ve Frans\u0131zca konu\u015fup yazabiliyor. Ele\u015ftirel Pedagoji: Ivan Illich ve Paulo Freire&#8217;in E\u011fitim Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00dczerine adl\u0131 kitab\u0131 3 bask\u0131 yapt\u0131\u2026 Avesta Yay\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan Koronatopia ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e felsefe kitab\u0131 olduk\u00e7a ilgi \u00e7ekti. 7<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu al\u0131nt\u0131lardan sonra kanaatimi, konuya ili\u015fkin bilgimi ve tecr\u00fcbemi a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u015euradan ba\u015flayabilirim:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;\u0130nce&#8217;nin dedi\u011finin tersine bu (pedagojinin de\u011fil), siyaset kurumunun i\u015fidir&#8221; diyen Dr. Adem Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m&#8217;a kat\u0131lmakla birlikte, pedagojiyi de i\u015fin i\u00e7ine katma gere\u011fine inan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mesleki a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6\u011fretmen olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen pedagojinin ne oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nda olmayan M. \u0130nce ve benzerleri s\u00f6z konusu olunca, verece\u011fim cevab\u0131n iki aya\u011f\u0131 olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Birinci ayakta T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc bir siyaset, di\u011ferinde pedagojik tahrifat vard\u0131r. Bakal\u0131m:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pedagoji veya \u00e7ocuk bilimi, \u00e7ocuklarda davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131 ve k\u00f6kenini ara\u015ft\u0131ran bilim dal\u0131d\u0131r. Pedagojinin ilgi sahas\u0131, yeni do\u011fan ile yeti\u015fkin aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklard\u0131r. E\u011fitim pedagojisi ise, yayg\u0131n ve \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitimde, bilhassa okullarda e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim alan\u0131nda do\u011fru stratejilerin uygulanmas\u0131yla ilgilenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkede bu konu, pedagojinin ana bran\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Pedagog ise, \u00e7ocuk ve ergenin psikolojisini, psiko-sosyal, bili\u015fsel ve duygusal geli\u015fimini takip eden, gerekti\u011finde ebeveynlere psikolojik ve pedagojik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapan, \u00e7ocuk ve ergenler ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanlard\u0131r. 8<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Madem anadili K\u00fcrt\u00e7e olan \u00e7ocuklar, okullarda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenirken bir\u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geliyor, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bilen arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan geri kal\u0131yor ve daha \u00f6nemlisi kendisinde davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu durumda, sorun ayn\u0131 zamanda pedagojinin alan\u0131na giriyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc okulda \u00e7ocu\u011fa kendi anadilinden t\u00fcm\u00fcyle vazge\u00e7mesi, yerine T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi koyarak hayata ba\u015flamas\u0131 telkin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Madem ilkokula giden K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 tokatla, sopa ve cetvelle dayaktan ge\u00e7irilmek suretiyle (ki Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ilk 60-70 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7ok yayg\u0131nd\u0131) T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenmeye zorlan\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Madem s\u0131n\u0131fta ve teneff\u00fcste K\u00fcrt\u00e7e konu\u015fmalar\u0131 yasaklanarak adeta toplama kamplar\u0131ndaki muamelelere maruz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Madem bu t\u00fcr fiziki, s\u00f6zl\u00fc veya psikolojik \u015fiddet \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n beyinlerinde tedavisi g\u00fc\u00e7 sars\u0131nt\u0131lara ve travmalara yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bu durumda, onlardaki davran\u0131\u015f ve ki\u015filik bozukluklar\u0131na \u015fa\u015fmamak gerekiyor. O zaman bu da bir pedagoji sorunudur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Yabanc\u0131 yay\u0131nlarda pedagoji \u015f\u00f6yle tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00d6\u011fretme ve \u00f6\u011frenmenin hem teoride hem de pratikte yakla\u015f\u0131m y\u00f6ntemi, akademik disiplindir. \u00d6\u011frenme s\u00fcreci interaktiftir; kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkilenme ve etkilemeye dayal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Modern pedagoji, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00e7e\u015fitliliktir; farkl\u0131 sosyal, politik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 da yans\u0131tan fikir ve uygulamalar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frencilerinin farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, sosyal ve inan\u00e7sal arka planlar\u0131n\u0131 bilerek onlara \u00f6\u011fretmelidir. 9<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Bat\u0131l\u0131 e\u011fitim uzmanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re; pedagoji e\u011fitimi ve pedagoglar, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sosyopolitik ortamdan soyut de\u011filler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Okullar da bulunduklar\u0131 \u00fclkelerde izlenen politikalar do\u011frultusunda belirlenmi\u015f yasalar ve m\u00fcfredat\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kamazlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">S\u00f6zgelimi Nazi y\u00f6netimindeki Almanya&#8217;da politikadan soyutlayarak bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda pedagoji e\u011fitimi normal g\u00f6z\u00fckmekteydi. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 pedagoji e\u011fitimini severek ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak veriyordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ancak bu e\u011fitim tarz\u0131, Nazi Sistemi ile s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya irtibatl\u0131 oldu\u011fundan, \u00f6lme\/\u00f6ld\u00fcrme programlar\u0131 da ders m\u00fcfredat\u0131na eklemlenmi\u015fti. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve Yahudi yahut yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ders kabilinden i\u015fleniyordu. 10<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Peki, M. \u0130nce yukar\u0131da \u00f6zetledi\u011fimiz evrensel \u00f6l\u00e7ekteki pedagojiyi temel alan bir e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimden mi s\u00f6z ediyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kesinlikle hay\u0131r!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ana \u00e7er\u00e7evesi \u00f6nceden kanunlarla s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya belirlenmi\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e e\u011fitimi kastediyor ki, asimilasyonun \u00f6z\u00fc budur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Son T.C. Madde, 66. E\u011fitim, 1929&#8217;a kadar bu kitap esas\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 1925&#8217;te ise Ermenistan ve Azerbaycan b\u00f6lgelerinde 55 okul a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Sovyet d\u00f6neminde K\u00fcrt\u00e7e okullarda yeti\u015fen bir grup me\u015fhur K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131n\u0131, Ermenistan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ermenistan&#8217;daki K\u00fcrt Pedagoji Teknik Okulu, 6 y\u0131lda 70 yeni \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirdi. Erivan&#8217;da K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n e\u011fitimci yeti\u015ftirmek ad\u0131na iki y\u0131ll\u0131k kurslar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Azerbaycan&#8217;da K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir kurum olu\u015fturulmay\u0131p \u015eu\u015fa Pedagoji Y\u00fcksek Okulu&#8217;na K\u00fcrt\u00e7e bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm eklendi. G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Tiflis&#8217;te 1935 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kafkas Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;nde K\u00fcrdoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131larak, pedagoji faaliyetleri bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Sovyet d\u00f6neminde verilen K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitimden kad\u0131nlar da yararlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0Ermenistan, Kafkas \u00f6tesi cumhuriyetlerde yeti\u015fkin kesimdeki e\u011fitimsizli\u011fi gidermek i\u00e7in Sovyet y\u00f6netimi, liktpunkt (e\u011fitimsizli\u011fi tasfiye merkezi) ad\u0131 verilen kurumlar a\u00e7t\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda 1935 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015flar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re 5 bin K\u00fcrt okuma yazma \u00f6\u011frendi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sovyet devlet bas\u0131mevi, 1929-1932 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ba\u015fta pedagoji okulunun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in, ba\u015fta matematik, fizik, do\u011fa bilimleri ve co\u011frafya olmak \u00fczere 21 \u00e7e\u015fit K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ders kitab\u0131 basm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0\u0130lk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e roman-\u015eivan\u00ea Kurd (K\u00fcrt \u00c7oban)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alfabenin de\u011fi\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan 1932-1933 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda Ermenistan&#8217;da 71 \u00f6\u011fretmenli 40 K\u00fcrt okulu bulunmaktayd\u0131. Bu okullarda okuyan 1936 \u00f6\u011frenci vard\u0131. 1934 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ermenistan&#8217;daki okul say\u0131s\u0131 45&#8217;e, \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 2365&#8217;e ula\u015ft\u0131. 1930&#8217;dan 1938 d\u00f6nemine kadar K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde e\u011fitim hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131. E\u011fitim faaliyetleri artan K\u00fcrtler, Arap alfabesinden ayr\u0131larak kendilerine alfabe olu\u015fturmak istediler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u00fcrdolog Akop (Hagop) Kazaryan (Lazo) K\u00fcrt dili ve alfabesi konusunda \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Lazo, Ermeni grafi\u011fine dayal\u0131 bir K\u00fcrt alfabesi ve bu alfabeye g\u00f6re de\u00a0<strong>Ekim 1921&#8217;de \u015eems adl\u0131 ilk K\u00fcrt\u00e7e ders kitab\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/strong>\u00a0Fakat K\u00fcrtler, Ermeni alfabesini benimseyemedi. Bu sorun 21 Nisan 1926 tarihinde K\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir kongrede tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131; 9 Temmuz 1926&#8217;da K\u00fcrt alfabesi olu\u015fturma hususunda Bilimler Akademisi \u00fcyesi \u0130. A. Orbeli&#8217;nin, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e alfabeyi Latin grafi\u011fine g\u00f6re yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi duyuruldu.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Sonu\u00e7 olarak 1929 y\u0131l\u0131nda Latin grafikli K\u00fcrt\u00e7e alfabe kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Orbeli&#8217;nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda, Hugo Makas&#8217;\u0131n Mardin y\u00f6resi Kurmanci leh\u00e7esiyle derlenen, (K\u00fcrt\u00e7e Metinler) adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 1926 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mland\u0131. Sovyet Ermenistan&#8217;\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Erivan&#8217;da 1930 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan ve Rus\u00e7a, Ermenice, K\u00fcrt\u00e7e e\u011fitim veren Marksizm ve Leninizm Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin geli\u015fiminde \u00f6nemli rol oynad\u0131. Bu enstit\u00fc, K\u00fcrt alfabesini Latin harfleriyle d\u00fczenleyerek, kitaplar bast\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu faaliyetler sayesinde bahsedilen enstit\u00fcden m\u00fcnevver bir K\u00fcrt tabakas\u0131 yeti\u015fti. Burada okuyan \u00f6\u011frencilerden Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da propaganda yapacak ki\u015filer se\u00e7ilerek, ayr\u0131ca e\u011fitildi. 25 Mart 1930 tarihinden itibaren SSCB&#8217;de K\u00fcrt diliyle Riya Teze (Yeni Yol) ad\u0131nda gazete yay\u0131mland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0Latin harfleriyle K\u00fcrt\u00e7e yay\u0131mlanan Riya Tez\u00ea, Erivan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gazete Latin harflerle K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. Ancak Latin alfabesi kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 emperyalistlerin gazeteyi kendi ama\u00e7lar\u0131 u\u011fruna kullanabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle 1937 y\u0131l\u0131nda kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Ayn\u0131 gazete, 1955 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kiril alfabesi ile tekrar yay\u0131ma ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Riya Teze gazetesi; K\u00fcrt\u00e7edeki ekonomik, politik, sosyal ve daha bir\u00e7ok alandaki terminoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunarak, K\u00fcrt yaz\u0131 dilinin geli\u015fmesinde aktif bir rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1935 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fanan T\u00fcrkiye-Rusya ili\u015fkilerinin gerilimi sebebiyle, gazetenin d\u0131\u015f K\u00fcrtlerin sorunlar\u0131yla ilgili yay\u0131n yapmas\u0131 Sovyetler taraf\u0131ndan yasakland\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1932 y\u0131l\u0131nda Azerbaycan&#8217;da \u015eura K\u00fcrdistan ad\u0131yla K\u00fcrtlerle ilgili yay\u0131n yapan, dili Azerice olan bir gazete daha yay\u0131n hayat\u0131na girdi. Bu gazete ise 1962 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yay\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<strong>Riya Teze gazetesinin 5 May\u0131s 2015 tarihli n\u00fcshas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u00fcrt dili \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, ilk y\u0131llarda Kurmanci leh\u00e7esi \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Daha sonra kadrolar\u0131n yeti\u015fmesiyle K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin di\u011fer leh\u00e7eleri de ele al\u0131n\u0131p ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Leh\u00e7e ve a\u011f\u0131zlardaki \u00f6nemli ayr\u0131l\u0131klar ile benzerlikler, K\u00fcrt\u00e7enin di\u011fer d\u00fcnya dilleri aras\u0131ndaki yerini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apta ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturdu. K\u00fcrt dili \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015fta Leningrad, Erivan, Moskova ve Semerkant&#8217;ta devam etmekteydi.
